Louise Lennon is a contemporary realist artist with a distinctive style. Using batik, oil and stitch, she aims to convey texture and earthiness, layering mediums to try and capture the ordered chaos and random patterns in nature. She uses the accidental nature of batik to create veins of colour and the earthy hues that she loves.
