Ruth Osborne's Impressions of Nature: Woodland-Shore exhibition presents an exploration and interpretation of local habitats from around Northern Ireland; native woodland, the shores of wetland and coast, and meadows. It is a celebration of the wildness, details, textures and patterns found within the landscape. The elements are combined to create a range of artworks and homewares on Irish Linen. Each piece has been made using a range of processes, including printmaking, painting, natural dyeing and nature printing.
Based in County Down, Ruth Osborne is inspired by the landscape and flora of the local area and the changing seasons.
