Derek Melville
Working in acrylic, Derek Melville's work is bold and rich in colour. He paints to portray his perception of the environment and is intrinsically drawn to scenes that connect with and represent timeless beauty of the natural landscape. As part of the event, Derek will be upstairs at klöver haus on Saturday 9th December. A collection of his latest original work will also be on display.

Jakki Trainor describes herself as an illustrative ceramic artist. Her work typically features flora and fauna in a decorative style that focuses on textural mark making and tonal glazing. Jakki’s love of nature and a fascination with words and language form the backdrop to her exhibition of new work, where she explores imagery associated with the collective nouns used to group animals.
